Navy Federal Credit Union and TSYS

The Navy Federal Credit Union serves all military and civilian personnel plus their families for the Department of Defense and is the largest natural person credit union in the world. Recently the Navy Federal Credit Union announced that they would be extending their long-term relationship with TSYS, an outsourced payment services company. TSYS provides services such as statement processing, accounting, fraud prevention services, card embossing, and member service programs to the credit union. Over three-quarters of a million Navy Federal credit accounts are active via TSYS.

The President and COO of TSYS stated that his company was proud of their relationship with the Navy Federal Credit Union and felt that the extended program was a positive indicator that speaks to the high regard their clients feel for TSYS’s services and technology.

For their part, Navy Federal Credit Union, via senior vice president David Tillery, indicated that TSYS provides rich functionality and strong capability to the credit union which assists the credit union in growing and strengthening their cardholder program.
