YesPCI

YesPCI is a merchant services provider which provides a free PCI compliant gateway to guarantee secure data, an online payment system that accepts any recognized and government approved credit card, access to a data base with a growing number of assorted business models, an automatic fraud detector and online training. Jason Taylor, executor director at YesPCI, says, “The demand for high-quality and integrated online merchant solutions has never been greater. Synergies are created when a single provider can package and deliver the entire range of required merchant solutions, from the server hardware and data backup to PCI compliance and credit card processing.”

ColocationAmerica set up the service in partnership with Total Apps, a company they have collaborated with since 2006. Total Apps deals in merchant accounts and customized merchant services, and Colocation America does business in data management and infrastructure solutions.

The company’s dedicated hosting offers customers an operating system according to choice, a full IT administration panel, two static hosting pages, 99.9 percent connectivity and comprehensive support.

Also noted by Taylor, “The needs of a start-up website are completely different than a Fortune 500 company. YesPCI provides a cost effective, modular and scalar infrastructure that can be custom tailored to each client’s specific needs.”

According to YesPCI their offerings are in accordance with PCI DSS 11.3 requirements, and cautions that non-compliance can result in the merchant’s account being terminated or fined.

PCI DSS is swiftly becoming the international standard for credit card safety in contact center environments. Recent failures to properly safeguard the financial data of their customers have gotten several processors and providers into hot water and therefore businesses should pay particular attention to whether they are doing business with a company who appreciate the necessity of following standards. The PCI DSS is managed by PCI, a U.S. based organization which has made it mandatory that all organizations which process credit cards ensure cardholder data protection, security of the networks and also directs that such businesses have in place a comprehensive information security policy.
